Questions about plans
How does the intro offer work?
New subscribers pay the offer price for the stated number of months, then the regular monthly price. It is applied automatically at checkout, once per brand.
How do I pay and is it secure?
Plans are paid by card through Stripe, a global payments provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by BeYou365.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Plan page in your dashboard. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Starter. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my VIP template and ads if I move back to Starter?
Your shop switches to a free template and running ads pause. Upgrade again any time and resume them where you left off.
Is commission charged on top of the plan?
Yes, a commission applies to each sale, and it drops on higher plans. The table above shows the rate for each plan.
